When I first started posting on Instagram, I didn't have much of a plan. I had just moved in with a monk to dedicate myself to the practice of Bhakti yoga. I decided to document my spiritual journey just for fun. Through tons of research and trial and error, I learned what content works, studied why it works, and figured out how to create it sustainably and authentically. Then something unexpected happened: my account blew up to 45,000 followers. I attracted an aligned audience and built a niche community that trusts me.
